The following terms and conditions governs the event.

1. The Student offer is valid for current students only.

2. Person availing student discount should show a valid (current) University/College ID card and/or letter from the Principal of the institution.

3. The participants should assemble at the location by 10.00 am for verification/spot registration purposes. Post 10.30 am no spot registrations shall be entertained.

4. Spot Registration is limited to 10 seats only and can be registered at the venue on the event day between 1000-1030 hrs.

5. The participants should wear comfortable clothing and wear/carry good pair of sports shoes to be used during the session.

6. The participants are requested to finish off their lunch on time (between 1330-1400 hrs).

7. All payments should be made in advance using the web link.

8. Post payment please do forward your FULL NAME (as to be printed on the certificates).

9. Certificates will be handed over on the same day of the event (post event completion).

10. Certificates cannot be handed over/issued if the participants leave the premises/event before the session closes.

11. The medium of teaching/discussion will be in English (if requested/cannot follow the same can be explained in Tamil as well).

12. If a person pays and does not show up for the event, then it is considered absent and no refund shall be given.

13. If a person requests cancellation before a week (until 7days prior to the event day). 50% refund will be processed (that will be sent via NEFT/IMPS to their bank account).

14. After registration a temporary invoice is sent while a separate digital official invoice will be emailed for every purchase online and spot registrations.
